Well first at all, thanks Ms. Jeolyn for contacting us again this year to personalized her daugther birthday theme. But at the same time I would like to apologize due to the "VERY" late arrived of the parcel to Sarawak (we thought it was lost at first). I am especially disappointed that such things happen (the parcel took more than 2weeks). As this is the 1st time I'm experiencing such situation and I hope it will not happen again in future.
